师范类专业学生信息素养现状及对策研究——以石河子大学为例

信息素养是信息时代社会成员的必备素质,也是大学生毕业后生存与发展不可缺少的基本能力。本文在问卷调查的基础上,通过个别访谈,以石河子大学为例,对师范类专业学生的信息素养现状进行了调查研究,提出一些有针对性的建议。     

武装警察理论研究

中国人民武装警察部队是我国重要的武装力量和社会治安维护力量 ,是我国警察体系中的第二大警种。但是 ,在我国目前的各种警察理论研究中对武警部队研究的很少。这种状况不适应武警部队建设和发展的需要 ,迫切需要建立武装警察理论。武装警察理论是警察学理论体系的分支 ,是由武装警察职能职责研究、管理体制研究、比较研究、警种设置理论等几部分组成的有机整体。武装警察理论的建立必将对我国的武装警察建设产生极大的促进作用。     

案例教学在建筑防火课程中的应用

案例教学是以学生为主体,教师为主导的一种创新教学法。在《建筑防火》课程中尝试开展案例教学法,以培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。     

Experiment and simulation of launching process of a small-diameter steel cartridge case

In order to explore the rules of the deformation force during the launching of a small-diameter steel cartridge, the semi-closed bomb test method is used to test the greatest strains on chamber outer wall under the different chamber pressures. The pressure curves of cartridge chamber are measured in experiment, and the tensile test data of cartridge are loaded into the numerical calculation to compare with the experimental data. The conclusion was obtained that the calculated results match better with the experimental results by considering strain rate bilinear kinematic hardening material constitutive model. The forces on the various parts of the cartridge during launching and their deformation rules are achieved, in which the equivalent plastic strain decreases and the cylinder ring withstands the maximum equivalent stress when the cartridge case clings to the bore from the mouth to the bottom.     

神经规则与案例融合的专家系统知识表示和推理

为了对专家系统中的知识进行表示,并使得推理变得更加准确高效,介绍了一种结合符号规则、神经网络和案例的方法。该方法是把一种混合规则,即神经规则和案例结合在一起。它与传统的基于符号规则推理不同的是,即使有一些未知的输入,也可以执行基于神经规则的推理。实验证明,与传统的专家系统比较,混合推理可以提高故障诊断的效率和精确度。     

Approximation algorithms for capacitated stochastic inventory systems with setup costs

We develop the first approximation algorithm with worst‐case performance guarantee for capacitated stochastic periodic‐review inventory systems with setup costs. The structure of the optimal control policy for such systems is extremely complicated, and indeed, only some partial characterization is available. Thus, finding provably near‐optimal control policies has been an open challenge. In this article, we construct computationally efficient approximate optimal policies for these systems whose demands can be nonstationary and/or correlated over time, and show that these policies have a worst‐case performance guarantee of 4. We demonstrate through extensive numerical studies that the policies empirically perform well, and they are significantly better than the theoretical worst‐case guarantees. We also extend the analyses and results to the case with batch ordering constraints, where the order size has to be an integer multiple of a base load. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 坦克火力对抗仿真研究

利用"蒙特卡罗"随机模拟方法对坦克火力对抗这一过程进行仿真,得出了近似实战的仿真结果。通过改变作战系统的初始值,还可以获得不同战术背景下理想的、描述了火力对抗结果的基本数据,这对坦克火力对抗中兵力部署和火力控制具有十分重要的意义。     

基于案例推理和模糊诊断的兵器故障诊断专家系统

讨论了基于案例的推理和模糊诊断矩阵在兵器故障中的应用 ,建立了兵器故障诊断WDDS -E系统模型和模糊诊断矩阵模型。详细说明了系统的工作原理和设计过程 ,并给出了应用实例     

小高炮火控系统效能评估准则与模型研究

高炮火控系统性能的优劣对整个武器系统的性能有极大的影响。该文把小高炮火控系统作为独立系统,讨论了对其进行效能评估的准则、指标体系和模型     

钢质药筒抽筒阻力的理论计算公式

某型自行火炮采用封闭式药仓,使用钢质药筒,要求抽筒率达到百分之百。但由于该炮膛压较高,使得钢质药筒的变形加大,不抽筒率超标严重。通过建立钢质药筒抽筒阻力的理论计算公式,求出了药筒与药室之间的接触压力和抽筒阻力,与实验结果比较,符合较好。为修改火炮结构,提高抽筒率提供了一条理论依据。
